Refund policy
All sales are FINAL. Due to the nature of our production, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing or preference changes.
If you need a different size, you’re more than welcome to place a new order once your preferred size is available.
We only accept returns for items that arrive defective or damaged. To request a review, please email theofficialchildofgodcompany@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
Approved returns must be:
Unworn and unused
In original packaging with tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted. Child of God reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet the conditions above.
SHIPPING PROVIDER
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER.
In the event of address confusion, we can change the shipping BEFORE the item has shipped. Please contact the shipping provider for assistance with an invalid address AFTER the product has shipped.
